Whenever some nice , brand new , hi-techish home product shows up, there’s no exception that people will take notice, because it literally means stuff for your home and garden needs, that’s universally true, it’s absolutely no exception out there. And there are too many products belong to home and garden category, and the product line is ever growing, just like metabolism, old ones out and new ones come in, when technology advances, some products will become obsolete and new products become available, another interesting reason is that when society is evolving, products have to follow suit, here is the most prominent example, the household solar energy and heat collecting system, these things just came out of labs recently, now you see them anywhere when it’s practical, both social and technological evolution makes this happen, obviously, there are a lot more similar examples out there .

Now let’s go back to our root of life. A lot of traditional home and garden products evolved, there are still quite some of them stay the same as they were years ago, say camo straps , of course it’s possible that there are new products made from new materials, since we use these things for so long we get used to the usual suspect. Moving blankets is another example, we might think cotton ones were cool 15 years ago, but now I guess we all use the ones made from recycled materials, I believe there won’t be any exceptions, recycled material is the the obvious choice from both cost and environment view point. There is another product, camouflage blanket, for obvious reason almost all these on the market have recycled material inside, of course there are cotton ones, in some cases you will find some high end ones with natural material inside, for me the choice is straight forward, only the ones made from recycled stuff, I feel much better when I know I am using recycled materials, since this planet is my home I don’t want any thing incurable happen to it.

The future depends on the people doing the right thing, make the world sustainable, from energy to basic material, if you can feel what our plant feels, it will be you second nature to help improve the condition of our planet, do what we have to for our earth, then earth will be a model citizen of universe.
