These days it’s something that is always really important for everybody to do, pitch in a help our planet as much as possible.  For one, we are trying our best to use sustainable materials that make it really easy to get more and not have to ruin the planet to do so. Using bamboo is a great example of this. Unlike a tree which when cut down, it has to be replanted… bamboo can be cut at the stalk and still grow. 

 Just the fact that is can grow back so quickly is something that is really huge because it’s like a replenish-able forrest really.  Another fabric that is similar in nature because it can be produced quickly is silk… but silk costs a lot more to make.

 This is really one major reason why you will see bamboo being used for everything from flooring, to foundation homes, to clothing, to mattresses, to bamboo sheets, and the list goes on and on.   It’s an incredibly versatile fabric that will only continue to grow in popularity and the number of uses too. 

 There is no doubt that bamboo has seen it’s biggest rise in popularity from the bedding industries.   Without a doubt, bamboo sheets are one of the best options for luxury bedding because they are lower in cost and yet still have luxury attributes that only one other fabric has. 

 Bamboo clothing on the other hand is very laid back, but makes for some incredibly workout clothes because of the unique properties that it has.  The fashions are very simple and something that most women will truly love and enjoy wearing. 

When it comes to other plants or materials that can be used like bamboo, you really only have silk. Silk is great for some forms of clothing, silk sheets, and silk pajamas… but not much else really.  It’s obvious that silk, unlike bamboo, can’t be used for flooring or building materials, only the luxury fabric because it’s incredibly soft and much harder and more expensive to produce.
