Unless you have been living under a rock , you have heard of the doom approaching December 21, 2012, when many of history’s greatest civilizations and thinkers see the world as we know it will come to an end.

While this may sound like a hopeless situation , it for sure is not, especially if you start preparing now and use a reputable 2012 survival guide.  There is plenty of time left for you to prepare yourself and your family for survival.

Many of you likely believe this is all fake  and December 21, 2012 will pass in the same manner as Y2K.  I certainly hope that is the case.  However, for the sake of your family, I think you owe it to them and yourself to at least prepare for the possibility that things might end up being as bad as foretold.  Again, this is why you need a 2012 survival kit and why you need to follow these 2012 survival tactics:

1) Learn everything you can from good 2012 survival guides .  These guides, just like wilderness survival books, can be the difference between life and death.  They are full of safety tips and survival strategies.  Picking up one of these guides now and knowing it like the back of your hand may be the single most important step you can take now in your road to survival.

2)  Be aware of your situation and know when things are getting bad . Start paying attention to how people survive current day catastrophes, and take a page from their book.  Most of the people who are tagged as survivors now have many basic survival skills and can take care of themselves when things hit the fan.  Do the same and you’ll be just fine.

3)  Stockpile all sorts of daily essentials  .  Canned goods, bottled water, matches, clothes, shoes, knives.  Things like these will be essential for your long-run survival.  Make sure you have plenty of these itmes because we have no idea how long it will take for the basic services we have become accustomed to to be restored, if they ever ar.

4)  Have a load of cash reserves .  Money makes the world go ’round, and if you have enough money to pay for essential good and services, you will be ahead.  Avoid debt and don’t owe anyone anything.  If you find yourself in that situation, you will be powerless.  If you are the one people are coming to for money and resources, you will have the power and the ability to survive on your own terms.

I know all of this sounds implausibly chilling, and it certainly is, but hopefully you now know that you too can not only survive, but fly high.
