Unless you are altogether naive and have been living under a rock the last couple of years , you have heard of the doom coming 12-12-2012 when many of history’s lead civilizations and thinkers believe the universe as we know it will cease to exist!

While this may sound like a dire situation , it for sure is not, particularly if you start preparing now and use a reputable 2012 survival guide.  There is plenty of time left for you to prepare yourself and your family for survival.

I’m sure plenty of you think this is nothing but a hoax  and December 21, 2012 will pass in the same manner as Y2K.  I certainly hope that is the case.  However, for the sake of your family, I think you owe it to them and yourself to at least prepare for the possibility that things might end up being as bad as predicted.  Again, this is why you need a 2012 survival kit and why you need to abide by these 2012 survival tactics:

1) Learn everything you can from good 2012 survival guides .  These guides, just like wilderness survival books, can be the difference between life and devastation.  They are full of safety tips and survival strategies.  Picking up one of these guides now and understanding it like the back of your hand may be the single most authoritative step you can take now in your path to survival.

2) Keep an eye out for things and be aware of your surroundings. Start paying care to how people survive current day catastrophes, and take a page from their book.  Most of the people who are tagged as survivors today have many primary survival skills and can take care of themselves when things hit the fan.  Do the same and you will be a survivor,

3) Keep plenty of daily essentials .  Canned goods, bottled water, matches, clothes, shoes, knives.  Things like the previously mentioned will be essential for your long-term success.   Having these items will be critically important because we have no idea when the basic services we have become used to will be at our disposal again, if ever.

4)   Have a lot of spare money .  Money makes the world go ’round, and if you have enough money to pay for essential good and services, you will be ahead.   Avoid debt and don’t owe anyone anything.  If you find yourself in that situation, you will be powerless.  If you are the one people are coming to for money and resources, you will have the power and the power to survive on your own terms.

I know all of this sounds unbelievably chilling, and it certainly is, but hopefully you now know that you too can not only survive, but thrive

Is 2012 end of the world?  You can’t be so sure!
